When enquiring, please include reference photos and a description of your ideas with the size, placement and any specific details you may want included in your tattoo.
For the best results, we advise you to send all information and details you'd like to share about your tattoo and allow our artist freedom when designing. We take into consideration your expectations of the design during the consultation period.
We take a non-refundable deposit to confirm appointments which are 50% of the tattoo or day's cost.

The Buzz is a tattoo brand & studio created by Ché Crook, a tattoo artist of over 11 years.
Che began tattooing in 2011 as an apprentice in a small town studio, doing basic tattoos gaining a feel for the craft and industry. Knowing there was more knowledge out there, Che looked for more experienced artists in his hometown to take him under his wing.
Going to tattoo conventions as a young enthusiastic artistic paid off for Che, as he networked and was offered a station at world renowned studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland, called White Dragon Tattoo. The exact opportunity he wanted. Knowledge and an international network of world class tattoo artists. It was at a Belfast Tattoo Convention, Che won 4 awards for his black and grey tattoos.
It was over a year later, in 2015 Che went to London to work with Lowrider Tattoo where he specifically learned black & grey tattooing, its history, tradition and craft.
After 3 years away from home, Che returned home a new artist. A completely new understanding of tattooing, passionate to bring his information home.
Crook's was opened in 2018 as a platform for local talented artists to gain more knowledge and exposure, proudly assisting artists to achieving more from their work.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, Che hadn't travelled with his machines for over 3 years, and missed connecting with international artists. He decided to rebrand and go from a family orientated tattoo studio to something for the tattoo artists around the world, expanding pasts the walls of the studio.
Today, Che tattoos at The Buzz studio while sharing his knowledge and experiences through online content. The Buzz is a bridge he built for the artists who are passionate about tattooing but feel stuck, like he was when he began. Here you can find a safe place to get tattooed by an artist with over 10 years of experience of black and grey tattooing, specialising in realism, portraits, chicano, greek mythology, script and Japanese styles.
